Cathy Ebo is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over 30 years of combined experience in hospital care, home health, nursing education, and healthcare business management. As the founder and CEO of Carepaks Health Services, Inc., Cathy leads with heart and vision, bringing together clinical excellence and operational leadership to deliver compassionate, culturally competent care.


Originally from Africa, Cathy’s journey is deeply rooted in a passion for service, community empowerment, and honoring heritage. She is a dedicated mother of four and grandmother of four, whose personal values of integrity, empathy, and perseverance guide every aspect of her work.


Her commitment to quality care extends beyond the bedside. Cathy has mentored aspiring healthcare professionals, developed training programs for nursing assistants, and championed initiatives to improve access to care for underserved populations. Her approach ensures that both patients and staff feel valued, supported, and empowered.


In addition to her professional pursuits, Cathy enjoys entertaining family and friends with traditional home-made cuisines. She also celebrates her African culture and traditions through a variety of cultural expressions, including native attires, music, dance, art, and storytelling, often intertwined with religious and social customs. These celebrations frequently involve communal events and exploring the world through travel. Her mission is to inspire healthy living, wellness, self-health and education and purposeful leadership in both healthcare and entrepreneurship.
